4 things to look for in a good auto repair facility
- Good recommendations from friends, family and co-workers is a sign of a great facility. Also look on local websites for reviews.
- Look for signs of technician competence. The customer area should display state certification and ASE certifications — a nationally recognized standard of technician competence.
- A sense of community. How involved is the business with their community? Do the employees work with local groups? Do they sponsor local events?
- A mechanic that thoroughly explains the repair. They should also be able to easily answer any questions you have and work with you to find the best solution.
